Grass Lake

This lake is a nesting ground for many waterfowl. In dry spells I can walk all around this lake. During wet times as in this photo, I can't walk on the south side by the freeway. I was standing on the west side of the lake in front of a high TV broadcast tower behind me. The little gravel hill on the right of the photo is a pad for anchoring one the cables that hold up the tower. The path I am standing on is a vehicle path that follows through the forest toward I694.
